The Reese Residence was a renovation of an existing home, transforming it into a 4,170 square foot residential space. The landscape design preserved the original framework while incorporating several new features, including a swimming pool, fire pit, putting green, and a sports court with both basketball and pickleball areas.
The mature trees in the back garden were kept, creating a natural landscape that included picnic tables and a games area. Notable grade changes presented a challenge, but the seamless flow of space and thoughtful design resulted in a rewarding outcome.
