DLA provided landscape and site design for this oceanic research and administrative building. Of special interest is the naturalized sea-run water feature where a roadside ditch was transformed into a verdant and meandering coastal creek. The building architecture appears fully integrated with the lush coastal landscape of shore pine, salal and pacific myrtle.
