This affordable family housing complex consists of seventy units and provides several shared amenities including a community garden, play area, courtyard spaces and a community meeting room. The design focuses on bringing people together but also allows for more private spaces where smaller groups can gather. The landscape is designed to invite residents into the spaces, provide interest and the project received an Earth Advantage Platinum certification.
