Veneta City Park

Programs: Performance Stage, Central Lawn, Expanded Pool Deck, Exercise Area, Playground, Pathways and Landscaping

DLA led public input sessions to guide the design of this community park. As project lead, we worked closely with the City of Veneta Public Works to develop bid and construction documents. Major circulation paths, the central lawn, and playgrounds were prioritized for Phase I. An exercise area, performance stage, expanded pool deck, and a forest path connecting to a nearby neighborhood were added in Phase II. The Phase I design anticipated these future improvements and was implemented to accommodate the subsequent phase.
