DLA partnered with the City of Veneta and the Oregon Downtown Development Association to create a long-term vision for revitalizing the downtown core—one that helped spark ongoing public and private investment.
As part of the plan, DLA designed an 8-block streetscape improvement featuring pedestrian-friendly upgrades such as bulb-outs at intersections, new sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, and site furnishings. The team also designed a signature gateway monument and coordinated all landscape architectural elements for the new LTD transit center at Broadway and Territorial, which now serves as a key park-and-ride hub for commuters.
