DLA worked with the City of Veneta and the Oregon Downtown Development Association to develop a long term
vision for the downtown area.
This vision and the constructed projects featured here have served as a catalyst for future planned developments.
DLA prepared plans for the overall streetscape redesign for an 8 block section of downtown.
Improvements include site furnishings, lights, bulb-out pedestrian areas at intersections, crosswalks and sidewalks.
DLA also designed a downtown gateway monument, sign and all landscape architectural elements for the new LTD transit center at the corner of Broadway and Territorial.
The transit center functions as a park and ride site for LTD bus commutes.
