DLA works closely with local stakeholders and public agencies to promote the revitalization of downtowns across Oregon and California. DLA helps communities produce long-range plans that foster livability and a strong sense of place.

DLA produces place-specific streetscape design based upon community history, physical surroundings and circulation needs. Years of experience have provided us with a toolkit of furnishings and materials to enhance a corridor's character and quality.
